Finally! A new piece of mine.

Sorry for the lack of update. I've been working my lilly behond of the last few weeks(fairs, my full time job and working for a friend who has her own jewelery store) so the few time I had left was givong to my lovely hubbie:)

So I finally got a weekend off.I finally had the time and made a few pieces (two are finished and 3 are W.i.p.)

This is the first one.
A few ladies at the fair where interested in some less polished kind of pieces so I took that advice and snifed though my gembox and found this lovely slab of agate still laying around collecting dust. I have another lovely slab, but that is going into another project wich i need to finish the details for first.

I try to give the slab as much attention as it gets(and that will do causeit's about 5 cm long and 2 wide) A little curls at the top.
All in Sterling silver.

I love how you have wire mirroring the banding of the agate. gives your frame a clean and beautifully complimentary look.

That was exactly my idea. It has a beautiful banding, that needs the attention rather than the wirework.
